PARCEL 18
Situated in the heart of the Central Business District, Parcel 18 shall be our 1st major project in our goal of "Lighting Up Subic." This multi-flexible commercial facility will help wake up the dark areas of the CBD. Parcel 18 shall be a grade "A" facility home to commercial/ retail establishments, BPO-Call Centers and office spaces.
Construction to start on the 4th quarter of 2009.
