La Terraza
“La Terraza”, (a Spanish term for “The Terrace”) is a leasing business model valued as a one-stop-shop lifestyle home center, showcasing designs and furniture from famous designers in the Philippines and all over Asia. Initially, it shall be developed within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone to make use of its Importation and Exportation convenience, Duty Free privileges and accessible warehousing facilities. It has a strategic location with the surrounding establishment like Royal Duty Free Mall, Puregold Duty Free Shop, Starbucks, Mc Donalds, Jollibee, Chowking, Ford, Mitsubishi and 3 gas stations (Petron, PTT and Eastern Gas). It is also the First and Last Stop upon Subic’s main entry from Manila.
The project is being developed by Grand Pillar International Development, Inc. (GPIDI). The Corporation is primarily engaged in developing real estate properties into exquisite residential unit, home for both expats and retiring foreign nationals. The Company’s initial project is the development of more than 60 housing units located in Binictican, Kalayaan and Triboa Bay. GPIDI thru its associate Grand Century is a franchise holder of Century 21, a world-wide brokerage system from the US. GPIDI also owns and operates SPA and Wellness Massage Center.
